Welcome to the Flore-Alpe, a unique garden

Flore-Alpe Botanical Garden sits at the heart of the Valais Alps, 1500 meters above sea level near Champex-Lac; an enchanting place in a beautiful alpine setting. Four thousand species of plants flourish there, local flora from the mountainous massifs of Europe as well as other continents. This collection is one of the most prestigious of the Alps.

Dotted with paths that wind between rock gardens and small bridges that overhang the water features, the Alpine Botanical Garden Flore-Alpe offers a unique experience for visitors, mixing botany, romance and serenity. To stroll through is to be charmed by shape, color and perfume.

Every summer, many activities are offered at the Flore-Alpe Alpine Botanical Garden : exhibitions, workshops for adults and children, excursions, plant day, open house, thematic guided tours.
